As a rule, we ask to meet directly with the applicant at least once before accepting a formal request.
This step is essential to ensure accurate understanding of the relevant systems and procedures, and to help you proceed with confidence. If a meeting with the applicant is not possible, we regret that we may be unable to accept your request.

1)Contact Us by Email
Please contact us by email for your initial inquiry. We handle first-time inquiries via email. Consultations in English are also welcome, so feel free to reach out.
2)We Offer Direct Consultations Once You’re Ready
Once you are satisfied with the content of our email correspondence, we will provide details regarding the date and location of an in-person meeting.
Face-to-face consultations are arranged following prior communication by email.
3)Contract Execution
After confirming the details of your consultation during the in-person meeting, we will proceed with the formal contract process in writing.
4)Document Preparation for Residence Status Application
Document preparation is a collaborative process between the client and the administrative scrivener.
Broadly speaking, the client is responsible for obtaining the necessary documents from their home country, while the administrative scrivener handles the collection and preparation of application materials within Japan.
We will also propose any supplementary documents that may support your eligibility for the residence status.
5)Submitting Documents to the Immigration Bureau
Your application to immigration will be handled directly by the administrative scrivener.
There is no need for you to go to the immigration office in person.
6)Checking Application Status / Submitting Additional Documents
We will provide updates on the status of your application as needed. Should immigration request supplementary materials, we will reach out to you promptly to review and respond together.
7)Obtaining Residence Status
You will receive the Certificate of Eligibility from the administrative scrivener.
